Every care will be taken to provide a happy and efficient service.

Laundry service is free.

We have a qualified hairdresser visit the home once a week (not inclusive).

Activities to attend events outside can be arranged (not inclusive).

Chiropody visit to the home are every 6-8 weeks or upon request, dental visits are arranged as required, opticians visit the home annually and are also available when required.

We encourage families to try and take residents to any medical appointments and to incorporate this into a more social occasion for both parties. If this is not possible we are usually able to arrange for a staff member to come in on their day off to do this and a charge made to the resident. There are outside agencies that provide this service but their fees are far higher.
